Cahoots Catering Co. opened for business in Sept.1991 in a downtown location on Park St. in Paso Robles. Prior to opening Cahoots we worked together in the restaurant business and we shared a lot of the same philosophies.
I (Lisa) has spent 32 years in the restaurant and catering business as well as working in several cooking schools in Southern California. Jim is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona in hotel/restaurant management. Jim has been working in the industry for 30 years, primarily in the Santa Barbara area.
We have a simple concept in mind to offer our customers “never ordinary but always extraordinary”. In July 2002 we sold our restaurant location. We realized we had built two separate businesses and felt we could no longer operate both with the same quality and consistency that our customers had come to expect. We chose to focus on the catering only.
To this day we continue the same philosophies. We select only top quality ingredients, always the freshest produce available and virtually everything is homemade from scratch and very flavorful. We look forward to working with you and enjoying continued success.
