What does the price per person on buffets include?

Price per person on buffet menus includes: necessary serving pieces, waitstaff, paper goods and plastic ware. Coffee and decaf available upon request.

How long have you been in business?

We opened our business in September 1991, 30 years.

Is a deposit required?

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the date.

When do I need give a final guest count?

A guaranteed guest count is required 72 hours in advance.

Do you supply party rentals, equipment, decorations and accessories?

Yes, we work with several local rental companies and can arrange for your rental needs. Call for quote.

Do you have a service charge and/or charge sales tax?

Service charges vary depending on the specific needs of the event and 7.75% sales tax will be added where applicable.

Once I have booked an event can the price change?

Once you have submitted a deposit and signed contract the price quote will not change.

Do you do custom menus?

We will gladly customize menus to meet your needs.

Does your company carry the necessary permits and licences to operate?

Our facility is licensed and inspected by the San Luis Obispo County Health Department. Our business license is with the City of Paso Robles. Each member of our full time staff has been Food Safety Certified. We carry liability insurance and Workman's compensation.
