Southwestern Tortilla Roll-ups

1-pound cream cheese (softened)
1/2- cup shredded Jack and Cheddar cheese
1-bunch green onions, chopped
1-cup black olives, chopped
1/2 -cup green chilies, chopped
1/2-cup roasted red peppers or pimentos, chopped
1-cup cooked chicken breast, finely chopped (preferably grilled)
1-teaspoon ground cumin
6 flour tortillas, about 12” in diameter
Cahoots Chipotle Sauce

Servings: 10-12

Mix the first 8 ingredients together until blended. Spread each tortilla with the cream cheese mixture. Roll the tortilla up with the cream cheese mixture on the inside like a jellyroll. Cover and chill for about 1 hour then slice in 1/2 inch pieces. Serve with Cahoots Chipotle Sauce.
