Chipotle Crab Cakes

1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup Cahoots Chipotle Mayonnaise
8 ounces crabmeat drained well & picked over to remove cartilage


Whisk together mayonnaise and egg until well combined. Gently fold in the crab until just combined. Form mixture into six 1" thick cakes and transfer to an oiled baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. When cakes are done, place them under a preheated broiler for about 2 minutes, or until lightly browned on top. Serve with lemon wedges and additional Chipotle Mayonnaise.
