Thai Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
1 cup Thai Salad Dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled & minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 pounds chicken wings, halved at joint

Servings: 8 servings
Instructions:

Combine oil, ginger, garlic &. chicken wings, marinate for about an hour. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast @ 450 degrees for about 40 minutes, turning once about half way through. Cool, place in a large Ziploc bag or bowl, pour 1-cup Thai Salad Dressing over the cooked wings and close or cover overnight. Shake or stir occasionally. When ready to serve, place on baking sheet and re-warm until heated through.
