Thai Chicken Salad

1 cup Cahoots Thai Salad Dressing
4 ounces shredded red cabbage
5 ounces chopped romaine lettuce
5 ounces grilled chicken breast, diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 bunch of green onions, chopped with some of the green tops
1 cucumber, diced
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped

Servings: 4-6 Servings

Toss all ingredients together with to 1 cup of Cahoots Thai Salad Dressing. Try substituting shrimp or beef in place of the chicken.
