Thai Chicken Pizza

2 9" prepared pizza dough
1 cup Cahoots Thai Salad Dressing
12 ounces cooked, diced chicken breast (preferably grilled)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup diagonally sliced green onions
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup bean sprouts (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Servings: Makes 2 pizzas

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees, preferably with a pizza stone.

Spread 1/2 cup Thai Salad Dressing on each crust or dough. Cover each with 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Divide the chicken over the cheese, followed by green onions, carrots, bell pepper, and bean sprouts. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Bake 450 degrees for about 8-10 minutes until crust is golden brwn and cheese at the center is bubbly. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cilantro, slice and serve.
